Description:
People with high emotional intelligence are aware of their strengths and weaknesses, maintain positive relationships, and are better equipped to manage stress and resolve conflict. Emotional intelligence is therefore a key contributor to personal and professional success.
This workshop offers strategies to identify and improve emotional and social competencies. Participants will analyze their own behavior and thought patterns using models such as Transactional Analysis. Core areas of focus include self-awareness, empathy, communication, and personal development.
Topics include:
- Understanding the concept of Emotional Intelligence
- Practicing mindfulness and monitoring emotions
- Transactional Analysis: ego states, life scripts, and personality structure
- Self-management, responsibility, and resilience
- Reading social cues and improving interpersonal communication
- Preventing and resolving psychological games and miscommunication
Through individual and group exercises, participants will gain practical tools to enhance their well-being, relationships, and effectiveness in both personal and academic environments.
