The course will address web accessibility and the benefits of diverse teams.
A
real case studies will highlight the need for awareness and support in
addressing discrimination. Practical steps include recognizing biases,
fostering a sense of belonging, using inclusive language, and designing
accessible course content. Cultural differences and interdisciplinary
teaching will be discussed.
The
course also provides information on support systems and encourages a
zero-tolerance policy for discrimination. A quiz and an exercise on the
UNIVERSEH EuroCharter are included. Lastly, an inspiration box offers
ideas for creating an inclusive classroom through interactive exercises.
