Description:

This workshop focuses on a core competence of leadership and teamwork: giving and receiving feedback. Feedback can flow in all directions — from supervisors to staff, between peers, or even upward. Success often depends not on *what* is said, but *how* it is said.

After brief theoretical input, participants will engage in practical analysis of real-life scenarios, preferably based on their own experience. We will explore what works and what doesn’t, how feedback is perceived, and how it can influence future conversations.

The session provides practical tools, discussion space, and peer exchange to build effective feedback habits.
