Description:
This workshop addresses the specific challenges faced by postdocs and junior professors in managing high expectations and time constraints. While efficiency is crucial, it is equally important to accept limitations and cultivate mindful leadership. The training covers:
- Cultivating serenity
- Perfectionism and acceptance
- Dealing with dilemmas and boundaries
- Constructive error culture and successful failure
- Self-care and regeneration
Through theoretical inputs, group exchanges, and interactive small-group discussions, participants will explore stress-related challenges and develop sustainable strategies for leadership and personal well-being.
Trainer:
- Dr. Jan Stamm – Expert in time and project management, stress competence and sustainable self-regulation
