Description:
This online training is designed to help PhD students prepare for postdoctoral opportunities. It combines reflective practice, participative teaching, and individual coaching. The course is delivered over 1.5 days: one full day on 13 May and one half-day chosen with the trainer (15 or 16 May).
- Session 1: Overview of postdoc research, decoding responses to applications, academic networking, types of postdocs, how to find and apply for positions, academic CV and cover letter writing.
- Session 2: CV exercises and individual guidance
Pedagogical tools include video resources, group work, interactive discussions, and feedback from the trainer.
